What are your shipping and processing times?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placement before shipping out. This processing time is not included in the shipping estimates below:

Where do you ship from?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. If an item is unavailable at this location, it will ship directly from our production facilities with the same delivery timeframes as noted above.
I am missing items from my order

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes, we offer a grace period for immediate cancellations before the order ships:
- Orders ship daily at 15:00.
- If your order was placed before 15:00: Cancel by 14:00 on the same day.
- If your order was placed after 15:00: Cancel by 09:00 the next day.
